How to use

Remove the cover and place the insert in the microwave on a plate, heating for up to 2 minutes.
Generally 1 minute is enough, but if not hot enough, take 10 seconds as a heating range (i.e. heating 70 seconds or 80 seconds and so on).
What's inside my Heatpad?

Flaxseed is 30-40% oil, which remains inside the seed & can be warmed again and again. It also retains heat for up to 40 minutes.

Known for its pleasing, calming fragrance; it's also been known to ease insomnia & anxiety.

How do I heat my Flaxseed Heatpad up?
Remove the cover and place the insert in the microwave on a plate, heating for up to 2 minutes.

Can I wash my Flaxseed Heatpad?
DO NOT WASH the insert of your Flaxseed Headpad because this'll ruin it and no one wants that.
You can wash the cover though!
